Close to the treetops with a clear view to the sea from the rooftop terrace, the Deluxe Rooftop rooms (23 sq mt) provides a truly immersive Baja Sardinia experience. On the lower floor are the bedroom and bathroom.

There are ground floor and first floor Deluxe Sea View (23 sq mt), each offering a panoramic view across the bay with a private terrace. The serenity of the Mediterranean is reflected within the cool interiors.

1 King Bed Deluxe Laguna View

Screened by a green embrace of trees and shrubs, the Deluxe Laguna View rooms (25 sq mt) sit within a private garden and look out on the exclusive Laguna pool. Each room is just a few footsteps away from the pool and personal sunbeds

Located on the ground or first floor, the large windows and private terrace of each Garden View room (23 sq mt) allows a kaleidoscope of Mediterranean colours, dappled light and aromatic scents to flood in.

Suites

Suite Smeralda

Suite Smeralda is discreetly located on the ground floor of the spa with direct access to the beach. The largest of all our suites, it combines unsurpassed comfort. Outside, the suite’s private garden offer a lounge area with sun beds and an outdoor Jacuzzi.

Suite del Principe

Suite del Principe comfortably accommodates five adults across 55 sq m. It has two separate ground floor bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The terrace offers the perfect setting for al fresco dining or simply enjoying the views from the lounge area.

Suite Capriccioli

Named after a much-loved Costa Smeralda sandy cove, Suite Capriccioli (51 sq mt) appropriately commands a fine sea view. This well-appointed ground floor suite features a dining area for four, a house bar and a furnished terrace with lounge corner

Sea View Suite

Paths meandering beneath gently wafting palms lead to the ground or first floor Sea View Suites (39 sq mt). With larger rooms, a house bar and terrace seating, the suites offer extra comfort and space.

Suite Caprera

Caprera Suite is a true jewel overlooking the Maddalena Archipelago, including the island after which it is named. Located on the ground floor and just steps away from Sardinia’s famed crystal-clear sea, the 39 sq m suite stands out for its beautiful panoramic ocean views. Refined and elegant modern furniture combined with traditional Sardinian craftsmanship creates a comfortable and relaxing environment. There is the House Bar and a scenic relaxation area in the landscaped garden.

Beach Suite

From the ground floor Beach Suite (44 sq mt), a quiet stroll across its terrace and through its private garden leads directly to the palm-bordered sandy beach. Inside the suite, there are subtle reminders of the coast and wooded hills.

Rooftop Suite

Rooftop Suites (43 sq mt), with their exceptional views over the trees, beach and sea, offer generous outdoor space. Sun loungers and a lounge corner sofa provide the perfect place to relax and feel connected to the natural world.

Laguna View Suite

The Laguna View Suites (42 sq mt) are a modern interpretation of the traditional Sardinian coastal dwelling. Features such as the furnished terrace with lounge corner and the house bar give a homely yet extravagant feeling.

Junior Suite Sea View

There are 2 swimming pools within the 7Pines Resort Sardinia, each with their own distinct charm, yet both offering sublime relaxation and perfect for soaking up those rays. The biggest pool is closest to the poolside restaurant and next to the glass-walled gym, ideal for a pre breakfast workout before cooling off in the pool. The exclusive Laguna Pool is reserved for guests staying in the Laguna rooms and suites.
